If you do not happen to have either a Google or Microsoft account you can create a free Google account using your current email by clicking here. Once you get your Google account setup you can use it to login to Compliance.
If you get a message stating "No match found for your email" this means you do not have an account set up in the system. You will need to contact your ROE. The Helpdesk is unable to create accounts.
